For years now, I have been a news cameraman. I served as a faculty member in Faculty of Communication of Gazi University and had the honor to serve as the Chairman of the Association of News Cameramen of Turkey. I am a proud member and current General Coordinator of Confederation of Journalists of Turkey and an Executive Committee Member of Turkish Association of Journalists.

Throughout my professional life, I have reported from about 100 countries in many historic events. 

I  have worked in dozens of warzones such as Bosnia, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iraq, Kuwait, USA, Israel, Palestine, Afghanistan, Georgia, Russia, Somalia and Myanmar. 

I have observed and reported on social unrests, revolutions, the Arab Spring events, and, in many countries. 

I was the cameraman on duty in many global organizations and events such as NATO Summits, United Nations Summits, European Union meetings, Non-Aligned Movement Summits, IIT meetings, HABITAT, the Olympic Games, UEFA Tournaments’ Finales and many other international sports organizations. 

I also produced and directed two TV shows: “News Cameraman” (40 Episodes) and “The Bodyguard.”I wrote a book in the Azerbaijani Language titledRole of Media in Turkey-Azerbaijan Relations.
